Chirag Aggarwal, a passionate sports enthusiast and Business & Management graduate from the University of London, is the visionary leader behind Khel India Dil Se—a groundbreaking sports-tech initiative aimed at transforming the racket sports landscape in India.
With an enduring love for badminton and a deep-rooted belief in the power of sports to shape lives, Chirag founded Rackonnect, a pioneering platform designed to bridge the gap between grassroots talent and professional infrastructure. Today, Rackonnect operates 15 premier badminton academies across North India, serving as hubs for talent development, coaching, and competitive excellence. The brand also proudly serves as the official distributor of Sukoi shuttles, ensuring high-quality gear is accessible to players nationwide.
Under Chirag’s leadership, Rackonnect has grown into a tech-powered ecosystem that simplifies court bookings, tournament organization, and coaching services, delivering a seamless and inclusive experience for players at all levels.
His entrepreneurial drive doesn’t stop at badminton. Chirag is also at the forefront of India’s newest sporting wave, championing emerging sports like Padel and Pickleball. Through the launch of REPPP (Racketlon Emerging Padel Pickle Park)—India’s largest integrated Padel & Pickleball facility—he is laying the foundation for these global sports to thrive on Indian soil.
